What happens after the 14-day Starter trial ends?

Accepted Answer

After 14 days, your Starter trial expires. Your existing QR codes remain live but you will need to upgrade to Plus or Pro to continue creating or editing QR codes. You will never lose your data.

What happens if I exceed my scan or QR code limits?

Accepted Answer

On Starter, scans stop or are limited once you hit the trial cap. On Plus and Pro, you will receive an upgrade prompt. On Nexus and Scale, you can purchase overages or upgrade. Apex Zone customers have custom contract terms for overages.

Yes! Annual billing saves you ~25% compared to monthly across all paid plans. For individuals: Plus drops from $12/mo to $9/mo and Pro drops from $24/mo to $18/mo. For businesses: Nexus Zone drops from $39/mo to $29/mo, Scale Zone from $79/mo to $59/mo, and Apex Zone from $159/mo to $119/mo -- all billed annually. Government pricing is structured per engagement.

Upon verification (typically 1-2 business days), a 3-month free trial activates with 15 dynamic QR codes, 10,000 monthly scans, and government-specific templates. No credit card or procurement approval needed to begin evaluation.

What is the difference between State & City and National plans?

State & City covers 2-5 administrative regions (states, provinces, cantons, or equivalent) within a country. National covers all administrative regions -- for example, all 50 US states, all 36 Nigerian states, all 26 Swiss cantons, or all 47 Japanese prefectures. National also adds cross-agency administration, national analytics dashboards, and air-gapped deployment options.
